After presentation Sirin Elci emphasized importance of SBRI for USA and other countries with respect to it's importance to their R&D potential. After all today i got a question about SBRI asking that if it has a feasilbility support for companies to prepare their initial research to construct a proof of concept and demostration for specified problem. Answer to this question is simply yes as i predicted - check here.
Just to underline...
Let's look at what happens while a small firm trying to grap the golden grant:
It learns the current problems about govenment departments, and focuses it's mind to find out a solution outside convantional market products or services.
Then it starts to search current solutions, analyzes them to make an extension or increment, tries to find out what lacks in the solution.
Then it learns how to conceptualize a solution and prepare a proff of concept which is so important in product development.
